Will the MSM Remember Gilad Shalit?

Shalit With the world pre-occupied by Israel's moves to ease the blockade and by other flotillas, I'm worried the MSM will overlook the fourth anniversary of Gilad Shalit this Friday.

Of the Gaza staff-eds in today's papers, neither the NY Times, SF Chronicle, nor The Guardian mentioned Shalit at all; the Irish Times and an otherwise nice piece in the Globe & Mail only mentioned the 27-year-old staff sergeant in passing.

At least the LA Times showed some concern:

Hamas should follow suit by releasing Shalit, now 24, who has been held virtually incommunicado since being captured four years ago this week.
