2009 Terror: By the Numbers
I'm happy to post that terror attacks in Israel declined this year. Stats from YNet News.
0: Suicide attacks carried out against Israel.
15: Israelis killed in terror attacks.
566: Rockets launched from Gaza, mostly in January.
22: West Bank shooting attacks.
13: West Bank attacks using explosive devices.
578: West Bank attacks involving Molotov cocktails.
633: Overall number of West Bank terror incidents.
Dozens: People identifying with global jihad attempting to enter Israel from the Sinai.

I assume that you mean:
0: SUCCESSFUL Suicide attacks carried out against Israel
I can't imagine that there weren't many more attacks that were thwarted. Only counting the successful ones belies the danger faced by Israel in 2009 and equates the skill of the IDF with a decrease in desire by terrorists.
A analogy would be counting actual goals in a hockey game and ignoring attempt on goal when trying to figure out how determined the opposing team is.
