A Cheap Veneer of Politeness
Dry Bones understands that fancy names like Israel Apartheid Week or Durban Review Conference are nothing more than a cheap veneer of politeness to delegitimize Israel.
Israel Apartheid Week simply creates noise and tension, as described by the National Post. Meanwhile, Haaretz obtained the latest draft statement from Durban 2. It's no better than an earlier draft Jonathan Kay panned last year.
