Whoda thought?
Since the beginning of the year, West Bank unemployment has dropped three percent while average Palestinian daily wages rose 24 percent.
Moreover, "unprecedented military coordination and a sincere effort by the Palestinian Authority to crack down on Hamas" are contributing factors.
