The quote of the official inquiry seem to have an error. It states:
"Mr. Mohammed Omer al-Mughaier (hereinafter "the Complainant") arrived at the Allenby Crossing on Thursday, 26 July 2008."
26 July 2008 has not yet occurred (today is 10 July 2008).

It is difficult to understand why the Israeli Authorities did not already forbid this individual to return to Israel and lose his Journalist ID and permit and so should be done with all the reporters that lie in such an offensive and damaging way.
Let him stay in Gaza and keep on saying whatever he wants, but DO NOT RETURN TO OR VIA ISRAEL!!!
