I'm going to go off the beaten path here say that Israel's residents' ability to make the desert bloom. The fact that this little nothing desert country has been able to accomplish so many research and develop advancements in the areas that forward man kind's existence for the better is just an amazing testament to the Jewish nation. What other country can say it has contributed so much in such a short period of time?
