Besides having Karsenty off the hook, is this going to have a big impact on the truth coming out?
Is France 2 being forced to release the whole footage to Karsenty and other researchers? Could this result in a full report to be shown on TV around the world?

This outrage continues all over the world. In America Prince Alaweed has bought out so much of the Main Media it is pathetic. CAIR has been up to it's ears in wrongdoing and continues to run it's business of perpetrating lies, encouraging Muslims to sue everything that moves and continues to attempt at every turn to shut down our Talk Show Hosts who are the only ones with the guts to say the truth about Muslims and Islam.
The UN continues to be an abomination with it's anti Israel and American underhanded dribble and as soon as John McCain, whom I will have to hold my nose to vote for due to his Immigration bill he attempted to pull out of his hat and force down the throats of the American people, intends to start up a new organization that will only include Free Countries throughout the world. That will put the UN out of the business of professing the needs of the worst offenders of the destruction and devestation to Human Rights on the face of the earth.
Perhaps there is hope for this world yet. With Sarkozy, Merkel and Denmark there might be a glimmer of hope that will spread.
The truth is out there, too bad it is not screamed from the rooftops.
No rosecolored glasses on me.

Mass media love to publish bad news except when they are the subject of bad news.Furthermore in this case it disculpates the Jews/Israel and that is a crime initself! This is a double injury for the mass media.

Once again this verdict proves the overt anti- Semitism that is alive and well in Europe. That will allow the outright lies and distortions by the Arabs to be printed as factual. France in particular has a sordid past in it's dealings with the Jewish people nothing seems to have changed.

Once again the Frogs have proven just how much hate they hold in their hearts for Israel. At the moment, I am too angry to be lucid in what I need to write, however I will be writing letters to the editors in my part of the world.
It is impossible for me to comprehend this new escalation of Jew hate. We give so much to the world and the world seems to hate us more and more with every new Jewish invention, product, etc. that we provide to improve the world's population.
Mark Twain once said, "The French don't care what they do as long as they pronounce it correctly." He also noted that Palestine was a vast wasteland, bereft of human population for the most part.
Only when we Jews started to purchase land from the Arabs and began to work the land did it flourish. Nobody wanted that land until we improved it and if the Arabs would stop their moronic rocket attacks and peace broke out, the Arabs would benefit beyond their wildest dreams.
I believe that the reason that the Frogs reversed that monster's conviction--and he IS a monster for the bloodshed he caused--is because of the increasing Arab presence in that country.
As usual, when the Frogs get an opportunity to do the right thing, they blow it.
I cannot wait to see how Hashem punishes them for this travesty of justice.

I have not seen this in the mainstream media. Yet again, the media refuses to acknowledge the lies perpetrated against the tiny State of Israel by its enemies. It is but 9 miles wide at one point, because of land given away to "appease" PLO and Hamas, who are not appeased at all and only want Israel done away with altogether. I thank God for the good judges and jury in France for righting a grievous wrong. I thank God for media like HonestReporting.com for shedding light on the darkest corners of today's anything-but-honest media.

This story has all the earmarks of the medieval blood libels, and the Nazis' Big Lie techniques of incitement against Jews. The current libel is neither less dangerous nor less lethal. Thanks to Honest Reporting and other brilliant and brave people, the enemies of Israel will not win.

It was obvious to me as soon as i saw it. I asked my self why was the Father to the left of the son which provied more cover for the father. The kid was exposed more then the father which the picture shows.Any Father who ws protecting his son would have been on the kids other side which would have gavin the kid more cover and the Father would have cauth the Shot. It's ludicrious! I salute you by your tremendous efforts for so many years to expose the media lies resulting in untold deaths of innocent Israelis or Jews, wherever they are.MEW

Great and awesome. However for rightesnous sake too late, for the mark has already been made.
Keep on sending material about the BIG lies.
I'm using them in the classroom and meetings to set the record straight at least for some people.

Regarding the Karsenty case against France 2. Wouldn't it be marvellous if all of the libels and misinformation perpetrated by 'Pallywood', and then promoted by the world press, could be subject to the scrutiny of a court of justice. Wouldn't it be incredible if the just findings could be displayed for all the world to see. Wouldn't it be astounding if the decision of the court could break through the blindness and actually change the naive and gullible minds of the media so that they would, at last, begin to proclaim to the world the reality of the injustice in the 'Palestinian' story.
Thank G-d for the truth. I pray that this unsung victory is the beginning of an avalanche of public awareness. With man this is impossible, but with G-D ALL things are possible!

I'm not an expert on French law, but my guess is that to be charged with libel, the accused has to be found to have knowingly lied, not simply gathered loads of evidense together and come to silly conclusions. I'm sure other cases could happen where someone could file for libel, because someones made a conspiracy theory about them, and lose, even if the theory is rediculous.

Thank goodness. But how do we make it exciting enough for the media to want to cover?

To philippe Karsenty million of thanks.
We followed all the Al Dura matter, always praying for you. Justice always wins.
Now we have to act so Michel Enderlin is fired from FR2, and not allowed to act as a journalist.
We are proud of you.

Sadly this news is only reaching those who already know the truth. How to get it 'out there' is the issue as clearly the BBC et all have no interest in doing it.
