How Inevitable a Consequence?
 The UN's John Dugard (pictured) says Palestinian terror is an inevitable consequence of occupation. AP writes:
While Palestinian terrorist acts are to be deplored, "they must be understood as being a painful but inevitable consequence of colonialism, apartheid or occupation," writes Dugard . . .
That would explain all those Tibetan rocket squads and suicide bombers targeting the soft underbelly of China's Qinghai Province.
