Wiki Whacky Editors

WikipediaEver wonder about the anonymous editors of a lot of Wikipedia pages? So did one graduate student who developed a way to bring some accountability to the massively popular online encylopedia: the List anonymous wikipedia edits from interesting organizations

LGF writes:

The site is currently struggling under high traffic, so it may not be available; but you probably won’t be surprised to learn that someone at Al Jazeera has been adding blatantly anti-Israel statements to many Wikipedia pages, or that the New York Times has been sanitizing their own page.

And as the Daily Kos points out:

It's a great feature, but now that the cat is out of the bag, I expect anyone with an ulterior motive to cover their tracks better while making edits to wikipedia.
