WashPost's Terror Label

Washington Post ombudsman Deborah Howell responds to critics of her paper's decision to print a commentary by Hamas' Ahmed Yousef:

My view is that we need to know what a group labeled as terrorist is thinking.

When did the Post start labeling Hamas as a terror outfit?
