Well done to both John and Channel 4.

I'm not Jewish but I'm a friend of Israel. I do not necessarily agree with everything that the Israeli Government does, but on the other hand, not everything is wrong! Sadly the British people do not know much about Israel's history and are conditioned by the false and biased reporting of the BBC. Let's hear about the British Mandate and how in 1917 the World's Jewry was offered a place of their own to live in, by the then British Government, and how that Government very quickly renegaded on that decision, and gave away ca. 80% to the Arabs; this being TransJordan. We need to educate the British people to address the countless lies that they have 'swallowed' without ever questioning the source and substance of this information.

I think that this programme was timely. Whatever anyone’s views on Israel, the situation remains that this is about British Jews, who are citizens of the UK, and who are being victimized solely because they are Jewish. I congratulate Richard Littlejohn for bringing this to our attention, and I congratulate the police who are protecting these vulnerable people. It is frightening to think that anti-Semitism (the worst form of racism) is gaining momentum in the UK. I do not think that they are victimized because they support the state of Israel, but, ironically, there would probably be no state of Israel in the first place if there had been no persecution, no pogroms, and no Holocaust. If the situation in the UK is allowed to continue and to escalate, I can see them emigrating to Israel en masse, and if this happens I wish them Shalom!

The thought occured to me, too: What about Gilad Shalit? This 19 year-old who was just doing his duty for his country, langours somewhere in a Hamas hole and this Haniyeh thug sits there all smug and the world does not question his lying face. Who has protested that the Red Cross has not been near this boy, locked away "somewhere" for 1 year? He is less than a year older than my son, so I feel for his parents!
By the way - excellent, fair, program by Little-John. Hope MANY Brits watched it, INCLUDING muslims.
