The “Fisraeli” Ambassador

Trying to reach out to younger viewers, Israel’s ambassador to the UN, Dan Gillerman was interviewed on the Daily Show With Jon Stewart, a satirical news show.

The first foreign ambassador to ever appear on the show, Gillerman gamely faced questions from diplomatic correspondent John Oliver about Israel being controlled by Jews, "Fisraeli" nuclear weapons, and more.

hahahaha, it is very funny. these guys, EVERYONE on the video, are all very very smart.

Oy... I think I pished my pants from laughing so hard.

I was pretty upset that they never mentioned (everyone seems to forget) that the Western Wall, y'know, what remains of the 2nd Temple? Holiest site in the world for Jews? The Jesus stuff and the 3rd holiest site in Islam always seems to overshadow its importance, even though JUDAISM MADE CHRISTIANITY AND ISLAM POSSIBLE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

And in their huge list of what Europe did to the Jews, they seemed to skim over all of the things the Arabs did to the Jews, like, y'know, the expulsion of Jews from Yemen, Morocco, Iraq, etc. Cause y'know, they want to make Arabs seem completely innocent in all of this.

Still, I did manage to laugh at this clip, especially the part where the Ambassador reads the "Pimpin' Is Easy" script.

Borat works, because of who they chose to be the 'straight man'.

Gillerman is actually quite funny, it is just that he's let down by his English.

Oliver wasn't really that funny to begin with. Next.
