Sderot Fauxtography Strikes Blog

MediaBackspin was on the wrong side of the newest fauxtography scandal when bloggers discovered that a photo of Sderot -- taken after a Qassam rocket strike -- was digitally altered to add more destruction and mayhem.

Blog editor Pesach Benson, who took the photo, claimed he only used Photoshop to remove dust marks and made mistakes due to the bad lighting conditions he was working under.

Happy Purim to all our readers. We'll resume blogging on Tuesday.
