Blaming Israel for Beslan
What took so long? From China Post:
Ali Abdullah, an Islamic scholar in Bahrain who follows the ultraconservative Salafi stream of Islam, condemned the school attack as "un-Islamic," but insisted Muslims weren't behind it. "I have no doubt in my mind that this is the work of the Israelis who want to tarnish the image of Muslims and are working alongside Russians who have their own agenda against the Muslims in Chechnya," said Abdullah, reviving an old conspiracy theory altered to fit any situation.

I have to say i agree with Ali Abdullah. I thought too that only the jews could be behind this attack.

Should 'we' claim responsibility?
Anyway, its only a matter of time before other, more subtle shiftings of blame occur.
Mind you. For Spetember 11th, I even saw an Arab conspiracy theory claiming the Japanese might have done it (in response to Hiroshima and Nagasaki). The writer wondered why the Araba and Islam are so quickly blamed.

Lets not act surprised, folks. These Arabs are used to hiding. Hiding behind their religion, hiding behind their propaganda, hiding behind their lies, they even hide behind their own children when being shot at.

This whole episode makes me physically ill. I just can't imagine the mentality behind killing children. I don't get it. Let's stop pussy footing around the fact that terrorists are horrible horrible people who don't deserve anything. When one fires at children while they are fleeing you, you are no longer human. I don't care if those children are Israeli, American, Russian, French, whatever. Terrorists who kill children are not human. And blaming Israel (or Jews in general) for such a crime is almost laughable, if I didn't feel like crying.

I agree with the last comment. Islamism is the gravest threat wich the world is facing at this stage. During my time in Tunisia I saw many acts of vicious barbarism perpetrated to 100,000 Algerians in the neighbouring country, amongst which were thousands of women and children. Islamist fanatics don't care about life of others they only have their own Jihad terror operations in order to achieve their fiendish Khilafa (Khalifat), which is the equivalent of hell on earth, view e.g. Taliban-Afghanistan, Iran, Saudi-Arabia and Sudan. These are not Israelis or Jews, but Islamist hell holes. Time to eradicate them.

I think one of the big problems we are facing today in dealing with terrorism is the self-censorship of the media. As much as I hate to say it and don't want to see it, I think that the media had an obligation to make ALL of their pictures of the Russia school disaster, the war on Iraq and terrorism in Israel available. Words don't have the same impact as photographs. By showing the aftermath of terrorism, people around the world will know just what we are dealing with.
I think this is especially true with regards to Israel. The Israeli government tries so hard to get things quickly back to normal, to go on with everyday life. Families of the dead bury their loved ones quietly, privately. More people need to see what the reality of terrorism is in Israel and then perhaps they will understand the fence.

True, but photos like this can shock a person only the 1st time they're shown. Once they're repeated and repeated, they produce no effect. We become numb to even the most horrific depictions of terror. Once that happens, we'll be even worse off than now.
I also don't like this situation. People see the remnants of a suicide bombing and what they actually see is a semi-destroyed bus. We have no special reason to feel empathy with the bus. No wonder that news services describe these as "an attack on a bus". As though it was a bus being attacked.
In actual fact, it's "an attack IN a bus". The bus isn't the target. The bus isn't the victim. The victims aren't shown.
Posted by: at Sep 6, 2004 6:39:11 PM
Yes, it is unimaginable that human beings were in the busses, right? So, in order to guard against the mind, it is let out that men, women and children were in those twisted, shattered wreckages. And, when a dead child is dangling out of a bus, broken and bleeding, the murderers call her Zionist entity, instead of innocent victim. Yet, EU, UN AND US continue to assert that Israel needs to do more!!??
Damn the killing bastards who slaughter these innocents! Curse those who enable them to continue to kill babies.

Arab conspiracy theory claiming the Japanese might have done it ?
Nah , they came from Germany , it was German revenge against the Canadians and British (people and business that were in the "World" "Trade" center) , for the carpet bombing residential areas with Napalm that the Canadians did .
Or maybe it was the Vietnamese Communists , Canada manufactured and supplied Napalm to the South Viets (we made a couple billion $ off that war) . I am skeptical about that theory , the Vietnamese don't hate the French that starved them , they did complain about it at the time though .
Guess who "has it coming" next ????

What nobody has noted over here is that this lunatics comments were reported by the AP, as just another view on the event, which was then posted by CNN, in the name of 'fair and balanced reporting'! That to me is more inexcusable than the fact that he said it, which is to be expected from a Jew-hating lunatic.

In response to John above who claims the Jews were behind Beslan. How many copies of Mein Kampf does he have?
The really scarry thing about lowlife scum who blame all the worlds ills on the Jews or Israel, is that we dont know if they are Rightwing or leftwing Nazis.
